Hello! I'm Ivan and I work as the Lead, Financial Support Specialist helping accountants to end month end. I specialize in client service and use that experience to identify, investigate and troubleshoot inquiries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to achieve client satisfaction. I also proactively assist to grow our Client Portal content through the development of documents, videos, and how-to guides.

Over the years, my strengths at Multiview have garnered me the position of Lead, Financial Software Specialist which has allowed me to further develop myself and hone my skills to an even greater level. When I'm not working, I am an avid soccer fan. I also love spending time outdoors either walking or cycling.
