There are two parts required to offer sales tax exemptions in Texas to Out of State organizations.
- Your organization must have a Federal Exemption from the IRS, known as a Section 501(c) exemption.
- If your organization has a Federal Exemption, you need to complete and send the attached form (AP-204) to the Texas Comptroller for approval. There is an email option available: [email protected] as well as Fax or mailing (information is also in the form).
When you have received approval from the Texas Comptroller, forward it to [email protected] and we will process your exemption.

Your IMUG Pass includes the following:
- Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Dinner and drinks at our Monday night party
- Snacks throughout the day
- Lots of coffee, tea and refreshments throughout the event

Yes. Multiview is completing the necessary registrations with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to be a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Specific sessions will be appropriately registered for continuing professional education credits (CPE). We are planning to provide 0.8 credits for each session attended.
All attendees who want to earn CPE credits will have to download the IMUG 2023 app.
State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPS credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistery.org
The ONLY way to secure your Sheraton hotel accommodations at the Multiview negotiated rate is upon the completion of your IMUG registration. On the final confirmation page, click the blue “Reserve Hotel” button.
Online booking is the recommended method, however you can also contact Sheraton reservations by phone at 1-888-627-8191 or 1-800-325-3535 and mention you are part of our “IMUG Multiview” conference.
Negotiated Room Rate: $249.00 (+ applicable fees and tax)
Please note once the negotiated room block is full, the availability of rooms will be based on hotel demand, and the rates may vary day to day.
Ground transportation will not be provided. The recommendation is to use a taxi or rideshare service.
Substituting a different person on an existing registration can be done at no charge by emailing [email protected] before September 29th, 2023 or until we hit maximum of 50 transfers. Transfers can only be done for attendees from the same employer.
- Cancellations up to September 29th, will receive a full refund of the ticket price that they paid.
- Cancellations between September 30th and October 13th will receive a credit equal to the amount paid for use towards IMUG 2024 registration.
Note: Hotel room cancellations must be done directly with the hotel.
No, you will need to contact the Sheraton directly to cancel your accommodations. You will receive a confirmation email once you book and there will be a cancellation date by which you can withdraw with no penalty.
The Celebration Party will be held at the Punch Bowl Social Dallas Deep Ellum located at 2600 Main Street Dallas, TX 75226. The club offers large indoor spaces to experience the party and network with others.
The dress attire will be casual.
